Delegation of the Cossack Congress in America attended Divine Liturgy in celebration of the 30th anniversary of Metropolitan Hilarion's episcopal consecration and 80th anniversary of the founding of the Eastern American Diocese.

A delegation of the Cossack Congress in America attended divine liturgy celebrating the 30th anniversary of Metropolitan Hilarion and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Eastern American Diocese in Saint Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Diocesan Center, Howell, New Jersey. The Cossacks partook in the procession and stood guard at the wonderworking Kursk Root and myrrh-streaming Iveron-Montreal "Hawaiian" Icons of the Mother of God. After divine liturgy, the hierarchs, clergy, and guests then proceeded under the escort of the Cossacks to the hall at Russian House "Rodina," where a banquet had been organized, and where the interaction between the clergy and faithful continued. During the banquet the Vice Ataman of the Cossack Congress in America for the territory of the United States of America Alexey Bocharnikov thanked Metropolitan Hilarion for keeping Cossacks in his thoughts and prayers, and congratulated Metropilitan on his 30th anniversary of his episcopal consecration, as well as everyone who helped the Eastern American Diocese reached its 80th year anniversary. Vice Ataman Alexey Bocharnikov procedure with gifting Metropilitan Hilarion a bouquet of flowers from all Cossack organizations and communities of the Cossack Congress in America.
